Creating space for insight, connection, and meaningful growth.

ABOUT ME

Sydney is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, adolescents, and children navigating anxiety, depression, relational challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief and self-discovery.

Sydney supports clients in building self-trust, emotional awareness, and resilience, while developing practical tools for coping, getting unstuck, and strengthening boundaries and communication. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, prioritizing authenticity, mutual respect, and connection. Sydney specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depression and has expertise in working with artists navigating challenges, such as, creative resilience, identity and anxiety. Sydney works from a psychodynamic lens with specialties in both somatic and sensorimotor therapy.

She is the founder of Bloom, where she leads classes in theatre, art, and early childhood enrichment. Additionally, she runs a psychodrama group for adult men in a structured rehabilitation setting. Her work reflects a meaningful overlap between art and therapy. As an artist and sensorimotor psychotherapist, Sydney is passionate about exploring the connection between self-expression and mental health.

Sydney holds a master's degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California. Sydney trained at Maple Counseling Center in Los Angeles and is passionate about helping children and adults feel seen, supported, and empowered, both within themselves and in their relationships. She is neurodivergent-affirming, gender-affirming, and an LGBTQIA+ ally.
